Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Cheesesteaks are amazing. Pizza is always excellent. My 2 year old loves their chicken fingers. Never had anything I didn't like here. They're the only place we can find that has cheddar cheese for fries!!! The service is excellent and prices are low compared to other pizza joints. We live in NJ and go across the bridge to PA to eat here once a month. We've gotten to know the owners and their family, great people! We just went here this past weekend and as usual, we were not disappointed.

We got veggie pizzas and garden salads for a party of 14, every one loved it. Great job

My favorite pizza spot. Hands down the best pizza you'll ever taste. I have nothing bad to say about this place, if you're looking for the best pizza in town or the area stop here

I've been coming here since I was a child living in Highland Park in the 80s. As I grew up and moved away, every time I came back in the area I made sure to stop and have some Amatos. Now that I live back in the area, this is my 2x a week place. The staff is amazing, the owners obviously care about their product, their store, their image, and most importantly, their customers. I'm a fan of their plain pizza, wife likes their Calzone. Their chicken ceaser salad is also my 2nd favorite and contains enough for a second meal, close 3rd is their chicken cheese steak with fried onions.

One of the best pizza places in the area. Cute place to sit down and get a slice, or take it to go. Modern dining room. Lots of pizza options but I always go with plain because it's that good.

I have been here several times and my last experience turned me off so I won't go back. But I cannot fully hate on them, there are some pros about this place but I am a person of principle and if you make me mad I am done. Pros - they are clean and the pizza is great! I mean really great (but acquilones nearby is better) Cons - the prices and inconsistency, order the same thing and I get charged different amounts each and every time. I recently ordered a salad (reg garden salad at $6.25) asked for grilled chicken and I get there to pay my salad is over $11 I thought that was weird so I asked how much is grilled chicken on a salad owner replies $4 extra (do the math even with tax it should be under $11). I didn't even argue with him I didn't want to make a scene but that's it for me. A business with no integrity does not get my business. Plus the grilled chicken on my salad was overly seasoned and the salad and its fixings (carrots, radishes, cabbage) are something that comes out of a bagged salad).

Amazing food & service !!! Highly recommended

Love, love, love their sicilian pies! My favorite pizza in the area.

Best pizza place ever! I studied abroad last year and all I could think about was the pizza from Amato's!! Their cheese is amazing! I don't know what they do to it but it is delicious! Definitely try their pizzas, meatball parm, and garlic knots! At peak lunch and dinner times, they get extremely busy and they have forgotten my order on a couple occasions. It was annoying but I didn't mind too much because they were very apologetic and the food is well worth the wait.

Best pizza in the area- and such a variety too. Taco pizza, cheesesteak pizza, brooklyn style, buffalo chicken pizza..... so many options. Slices are big and the prices are low. I would highly recommend this place!

I rated the pizza I had tonight 5 stars because it truly was as good as it gets! I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and have tried many of the pizzas here. In my opinion none of the others has come close to Amato's. The dough is crispy and melts in your mouth. Simply wonderful! Will definitely be returning.
(5)Steve T.
Awesome pizza! Great prices and huge slices with friendly staff too!
(5)Jay C.
Ordered a small. The dough was totally soggy like it had been soaking in water. The waitress was obviously familiar with the issue and finished my sentence when I attempted to bring the issue to her attention. She reheated it in an attempt to dry it out. It helped somewhat but...

I've been trying to find good pizza around here for years - and by good I mean thick soft crust - but silly me I didn't check here on Yelp! Thanks to the reviews here and a recommendation from a neighbor we experienced Amato's this past week and we're so happy we did. We had a Sicilian cheese pie and it was amazing! I can't speak to the service since we did take out, but the people who helped us behind the counter were perfectly friendly. We will be returning!!

My new favorite go to pizza place ! Very good pizza at a great price.

Great Pizza and Pasta however they make the sauce it's amazing and their specialty pizza that has salad steak tomato and a bunch of other stuff and an orange sauce, delicious!!! I want some now.
(5)Danan R.
Very solid pizza with friendly service and a nice selection of slices. My margherita had a thin, crispy crust with fresh, flavorful toppings, and the the Sicilian was still delicious after being heated in the microwave 3 hours later. Slices are around $2-2.50, depending on the toppings. in any case, it's much better than chains nearby.

Ordered Chicken Parm dinner, got home and that is all there was chicken Parm. Called and ask where the pasta was, they told me I had to order the pasta. This is a first for me, everyother place you order a chicken Parm dinner you get pasta with it. A few days later I was going to order a steak Stromboli they ask if I wanted sauce. Then they told me that it would be a dollar more. This is the only place that charges you for sauce when you order a Stromboli. There cost for the large Stromboli was 15.00 dollars without sauce. So I told them that I would go to V&S pizza and order from there, cost 13.00 for a large with sauce. Farewell Amatos, just a short tip. DONT NICKLE AND DIME YOUR COUSTOMERS TO DEATH.

Amato's, a true pizza destination that sits alone amongst a sea of hacks in the Fairless Hills/Levittown area. The local area is inundated with pizza places that seem to be competing with each other and price their menu based on the competition. Is it true that I can buy a cheaper pizza in the area? Absolutely. Do I want to buy a cheaper pizza to save a few bucks?...Absolutely not! Amato's offers a pizza with TONS of flavor that far out-ranks any other competitor that you can find close by. Their buffalo wings are extra tasty and I love them, though I wish the wings here were priced a bit cheaper. All in all, you cant go wrong with this pizza place while in the Fairless Hills area.

The pizza is out of this world the other Italian dishes are also of high quality. Lately I have only been able to do take out as this place gets busy. As a suggestion go in early or call ahead for take out with plenty of time to spare on the weekends.

I'm docking 2 stars for 2 reasons: price + customer service. The deductions go hand-in-hand because not only is the price already pretty high but I've gotten charged even higher because of poor customer service. My main gripe with Amato's is they always charge me some random amount every time I order the same exact thing (1 plain slice + 1 sausage slice)! Yet, the menu and price listings remain completely the same!! In their physical menu and Menu link, 1 plain slice costs $1.90. 1 plain slice + 1 topping slice should equal about $4.60ish tax included. Fine, I'm perfectly ok with this. However, my subsequent visits, I then got charged $4.79 and upwards! WTH! How did $1.90 become almost $2.30?! That's practically the cost of a topping slice! The first time this happened, the cashier girl made up some bullshit excuse that a topping slice gets charged not only for the topping but some extra cheese? HUH?! A topping slice is just 1 topping on a traditional plain slice! And I saw the guy make it, THERE WAS NO EXTRA CHEESE ADDED. I usually don't like to cause drama, so I just let her take my extra change for no reason at all. The second time this happened, a different cashier fixed it although I had to ask her to do so first. You may be thinking, "Damn, this Amanda Y. is CHEAP," and I wouldn't disagree. I'm a poor college student who would rather eat good pizza at a divey, hole-in-the-wall with honest people than somewhere with 2 flat-screens and uniformed, waitstaff jerks. It's not even the pocket change I'm most angry about; it's the principle of being duped, having my money taken for no good reason by people who are too arrogant to acknowledge or even fix their own mistakes. I'm not going to deny the credibility of Amato's Pizza. They have nice decor, are immensely popular and they sell tasty gourmet pizzas which, all-in-all beats out the other joints in Fairless Hills. For some specialty pies and good quality entrees, definitely eat here if you've had no luck elsewhere (Julio's Famous is a BUST). However, keep in mind that if you're not a regular or paying more than $10, you're not always going to get the same friendly smile as everyone else. I won't be eating here again.

Excellent pizza place, pizza is delicious and they serve a wide variety of Italian dishes and sandwiches. All the food is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are a little higher then other pizza places in the area (but you get what you pay for). You get a lot of food for your money here. (May I recommend the cheesesteak wrap). You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely one of the best pizza restaurants in Bucks County, Excellent pizza and fantastic service.
(4)Matty B.
Just read what "Nicole E." wrote, I was going to type the same thing word for word, get the tomato pie to start and then feel free to explore their other options as I am sure all will be not good... but great. And can people upload more pics to Yelp as I think 1) they deserve it and 2) it will help paint a better picture of how AMAZING this joint is!!!
(4)Sean M.
Great pizza for this area. Despite the number of pizza joints I know of very few that make a quality pizza. Amato's is one of those places. The crust is great - crisp, chewy, and delicious. They don't use sub par cheese that other places use which make their pies way too salty. I'd take this place over V&S, Julio's, etc. any day.
(4)Korinne J.
Great pizza but terrible customer service. Messed up our order & wouldn't deliver the item & we were 1.3 miles away! Cold when picked up & they would only give a credit for next visit.
(1)Stefanie L.
This is my favorite pizza place in Fairless Hills. I love their garlic knots! I can't give them 5 stars because we've had a few bad pizzas but this is our place to order from. It also gets super insanely busy which has been when our food wasn't as good.I wish they would deliver but we live five minutes away so we really can't complain too much.
(4)Tara D.
Definitely the best pizza in Fairless Hills, and they have a great selection of slices too. Very clean and the staff is generally very friendly.
(5)Bobby B.
Best Pizza in Fairless Hills (And there are a lot of pizza shops!) The new restaurant is beautiful! The food is outstanding and the pizza is deeeeeelicious. If you haven't tried the Brooklyn style pie you have no idea what your missing out on here. Two of us ordered the Brooklyn which probably would feed 4, we practically ate the whole thing, I just couldn't stop!
(5)Aasima A.
crispy crust pizza, and the small was big enough for 3. also the cheese fries were the best i;ve had since i was a kid. no one wants to use that fake orange cheese anymore, but that's that best part about cheese fries! clean bathroom, and though the staff is attentive, they are not overly friendly either. they let us linger for some time even after we boxed our left-over pizza.
